Daisy added: “People are so f**king horrible and mean and say such horrible things, I just can’t even go near it”.

Previously, she told how her hit show This Country could not continue after her significant weight loss.

Daisy made a name for herself playing Kerry Mucklowe in the BBC mockumentary-style sitcom, which followed the lives of herself and cousin Kurtan – played by her real-life brother Charlie.

The series aired from 2017 to 2020 and she joked that the show cannot make a return unless her character “had a tapeworm”, following her astonishing health transformation.

Since the show ended in 2020, Daisy’s appearance has dramatically changed and she has lost ten stone.

She told Radio Times: “We can’t do This Country, though, because I’ve lost so much weight and I’ve had my lips done.

“We’d have to say that Kerry’s had a tapeworm and been stung by a bee.”

Last week, she told how she feared the success of the show caused her parents to split.
